Junior Athletes

Today I was working with 2 junior athletes in the studio I work at. I understand its very important to keep them involved and challenged on a regular basis. When they get bored, I get bored. They like to compete against each other.

Their program focus's on stability and functional exercises that can be related to their sport. When we start out and progress with certain exercises, they can see their advancement hands on. This is motivating for both of them and also fun for me.
