I get asked that question often, What kind of exercises can I do when I'm traveling? I suggest buying resistance bands and following a simple routine. Travel + resistance bands is probably the easiest and convenient way to get a workout in on your travel time.
Sample Travel Workout
- Chest* Push-ups
- Back* Standing row with resistance bands(RB)
- Legs* Squats & lunges are the best for overall leg strength
- Shoulders* Side shoulder raise
- Biceps* Standing bicep curl with RB
- Tricep Pressdown with RB
- Abs* Bicycle, crunches,
- Core* Plank & cobra
