Travel + Resistance bands

I get asked that question often, What kind of exercises can I do when I'm traveling? I suggest buying resistance bands and following a simple routine. Travel + resistance bands is probably the easiest and convenient way to get a workout in on your travel time.

Sample Travel Workout

  • Chest* Push-ups
  • Back* Standing row with resistance bands(RB)
  • Legs* Squats & lunges are the best for overall leg strength
  • Shoulders* Side shoulder raise
  • Biceps* Standing bicep curl with RB
  • Tricep Pressdown with RB
  • Abs* Bicycle, crunches,
  • Core* Plank & cobra
