Tricep exercises for women and men

This blog will show you tricep exercises for women and men. The only two tools you need are resistance bands and a door anchor. Sometimes when I can't make it to the gym I workout at home. People feel that if they can't make it to the gym its impossible to get a workout in. I beg to differ. I train at home 2 times a week and the workouts are effective. Please give my arm workout a try and let me know how it works.
