The impact on fast food and obesity is probably the number one cause of this disease. Being a personal trainer it is sometimes hard to motivate my clients. I act too nice sometimes. I think its time to tell them the truth. The truth is what you do today will effect what happens tomorrow. We all have this conception that we will live forever no matter what we do to our bodies.
I want everyone to think of whats the most important thing to you. For most its our families, and our kids. Ask yourself this question, at what age do you want to see your KIDS grow up to? Do you want to see your kids graduate high school? How about college? Married? Well if you keep on abusing your bodies, you won't be around very much longer and that's the truth.
I'm asking everyone to do 3 things.
- Stop eating fast food
- Stop drinking sodas & sugar drinks
- No more caffeine
Please stop the impact on fast food and obesity. It all starts with YOU.
