What's a personal self-confidence coach? That's just one aspect of coaching, self-confidence. I have coached hundreds of clients with simple everyday problems and most issues come from low self-confidence or low self-esteem.
We all at one time or another haven't had the confidence that we would of liked in a certain situation. Why is it so hard to find the self-confidence? Its amazing the stories we tell ourselves day in and day out and these stories usually aren't the good ones.
I think talking with a personal self-confidence coach is one of the best ways to set yourself up for success. Some people may mention talking with a good friend might also do the trick. I agree talking about your issues is the only way you'll learn to resolve them in a timely manner, but having an objective opinion will benefit you more than ever.
Are you interested in having a break through? Whats a break through? Its when you realize something about yourself that you've never seen before. Its the light bulb that goes off in your head with a new idea. It might even change everything you believed your whole life.
Tell me what break through you've had recently......

The #1 amino acids health info bulletin
This amino acids health info bulletin will share the benefits of a few important amino acids in the next few posts. I recommend to read and learn as much you can about the essential building blocks of protein, called amino acids.
Benefits of L-Arginine.
L - Arginine is one the most important and most useful amino acids. Arginine plays a vital role in the function of the muscles, growth, and the healing, helping to regulate and support key components of the immune system.
For adults, L-Arginine is a nonessential amino acid, which means it can be made by the body and therefore not essential that we get recommended amounts in your daily diet.
For children, however L-Arginine is essential.
Benefits:
- Boosts immunity
- Inhibits the growth of a number of tumors
- Builds muscle and burns fat, by stimulating the pituitary glands to increase growth hormone secretion
- Helps to promote the healing of burns and other wounds
- Helps to protect the liver and to detoxify harmful substances
- Increases sperm count in men with a low count
Best sources of L-Arginine would include raw cereals, nuts and yes, even chocolate.
The optimal intake is unknown, but doses up to 1.5 grams appear to be safe.
Caution: Take on a empty stomach and do not take in excess. This could cause mental and metabolic issues, also causing nausea and diarrhea.
This amino acids health info bulletin recommends a complete protein shake on a daily basis that gives you all the essential and nonessential amino acids your body needs.

Athletic wear for large women and men
Here's my new project. I came up with athletic wear for large women and men. It's a clothing line that I have been working on since the new year. I'm hoping its a apparel line that encourages others to live a life with possibility. Please visit my new Moses Wear website and let me know what you think.
Athletic wear for large women and men is sometime hard to find, so I made this clothing line to be easily assessable to all types of sizes. Some wear this apparel during their exercise workouts, some when doing yoga, but most of the time when they just want to feel good.
Please let me know what you think about my designs for athletic wear for large women and men. Thank you for your time.

Importance of omega 3 fatty acids and the best sources
The importance of omega 3 fatty acids and the best sources. Omega-3 fatty acids are considered essential fatty acids, which means that they are essential to human health but cannot be manufactured by the body. For this reason, omega-3 fatty acids must be obtained from food. Omega-3 fatty acids can be found in fish and certain plant oils. It is important to maintain an appropriate balance of omega-3 and omega-6 (another essential fatty acid) in the diet as these two substances work together to promote health. Also known as polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs), omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids play a crucial role in brain function as well as normal growth and development.
Extensive research indicates that omega-3 fatty acids reduce inflammation and help prevent certain chronic diseases such as heart disease and arthritis. These essential fatty acids are highly concentrated in the brain and appear to be particularly important for cognitive and behavioral function. In fact, infants who do not get enough omega-3 fatty acids from their mothers during pregnancy are at risk for developing vision and nerve problems.
Studies suggest that omega-3 fatty acids may be helpful in treating a variety of conditions. The evidence is strongest for heart disease and problems that contribute to heart disease, but the range of possible uses for omega-3 fatty acids include:
- High Cholesterol
- High Blood Pressure
- Heart Disease
- Stroke
- Weight Loss
- Depression
- Asthma
- Breast Cancer
And those are just a few of the possible benefits of consuming omega 3 fatty acids.
Dietary Sources:
Fish oils and plant oils are the primary dietary source of omega-3 fatty acids. Another potential source of omega-3 fatty acids is New Zealand green lipped mussels, EPA and DHA are found in cold-water fish such as salmon, mackerel, halibut, sardines, and herring. ALA is found in flaxseeds, flaxseed oil, canola (rapeseed) oil, soybeans, soybean oil, pumpkin seeds, pumpkin seed oil, purslane, perilla seed oil, walnuts, and walnut oil.
So as you can the importance of omega 3 fatty acids and the best sources are underrated. I bought my supply at Trader Joe's in a liquid form. I can already tell the difference it has made in the past 2 weeks. Try it and let me know what you think.
