Gaining muscle is always challenging and eating the right foods is one of the more important factors. If you're really trying to gain some serious weight you must consume protein drinks. It's one the easiest ways to consume enough protein per day to meet your requirements. Here are a few of my favorite recipes for protein drinks.

Chocholate banana Shake

I like drinking my shakes right after a good workout. That's one of the best times to consume a protein drink, your body needs these nutrients to start repairing your body and muscles.I would also suggest adding a serving of some omega 3 fatty acids to all your drinks. I hear it protects the heart and brain. Quick note: taking one tablespoon of flax seed oil(Omega 3) has lowerd my overall cholesterol by 49 points

San Diego Fires
The San Diego fires have been a huge loss to this community. I'm grateful that the fires have missed my condo, although my thoughts and prayers go out to every that has experienced a loss.
It all started Sunday afternoon. I could tell it wasn't going to be good day. I started seeing and smelling smoke around 1pm. The Santa Ana winds were really picking up and knew we could be in a for a big fire. Sunday night is when it all happened. The winds were so forceful it was hard to sleep. Thinking that if were a fire going on with these winds, we were in trouble. I was right, I woke up to friend banging on my door, telling me we had to evacuate.
I had to pack all my valuables and head off. It didn't look good and all the highways around me were closed. Looking in the sky there was this orange glow and it looked very scary, something out of a movie. I stayed with a friend of mine the whole day, contemplating where we should go if the fire came to close and we had to leave.
To say the least, our community survived, but many others did not. This was the biggest disasters I have been a part of and I hope its my last. So much loss and pain. God Bless everyone that this has effected. I pray for all and hope this never happens again.
I believe this is all apart of a bigger problem called Global Warming. I wish I were wrong, but I'm seeing so much of our world change. For instance, last week in Wisconsin, it was in the mid 80s. If all this isn't a sign I'm not sure what is. Please take a part in this world wide issue.

Tricep exercises for women and men
This blog will show you tricep exercises for women and men. The only two tools you need are resistance bands and a door anchor. Sometimes when I can't make it to the gym I workout at home. People feel that if they can't make it to the gym its impossible to get a workout in. I beg to differ. I train at home 2 times a week and the workouts are effective. Please give my arm workout a try and let me know how it works.

What is Cacahuananche?
What is Cacahuananche? Cacahuananche is a shampoo from Mexico that is supposed to help grow hair and maintain what you already have. It's all natural and from what I understand it works.
I was talking with a friend of mine 2 months ago and we got on the topic of hair loss. He mentioned to me that his dad has used this product and has seen amazing results. The only down fall its sold in Mexico. Since I live in San Diego and Tijuana is 45 minutes away, I thought I would take an adventure this past weekend.
There are 2 reasons I wanted to see if this shampoo really works. One is I'm balding and the other is that I feel this is great opportunity to find a natural product that will work for hair loss.(Maybe I could sell it)
One question I asked my friend, if it works so good why isn't it in the US? I found out that Rogaine has pushed hard for the ban on it coming to America. It would simply put them out of business. Money talks!
I'll keep you updated on my hair growth.

Professional fitness strength training equipment
Clients are always asking me where they can find professional fitness strength training equipment and how much they will have to spend for a home gym. I'm going to tell you a secret, you don't need to spend thousands of dollars for a home gym. I do in home personal training and the only 2 exercise tools I need are resistance bands and a stability ball. You will probably spend around $15 per resistance band in most stores and $30-40 for a stability ball. So for under $100 you could have all the tools you need to successfully train at home.
Do to numerous requests from my clients, I started selling resistance bands on my website. I'm offering a great deal, 4 resistance bands for $47 with free shipping and a free door anchor($5 value) I only have 10 door anchors left, so if your interested please respond within the next few weeks. I also offer free exercise videos with purchases of bands. Please feel free to comment on my video, feedback is greatly appreciated.

Strength and conditioning programs for quarterbacks
Strength and conditioning programs for quarterbacks and other throwing sports. Most sports conditioning programs out there are general programs and work on the basics, although training for the quarterback position may be different and require more of a focus on certain muscle groups.
Since the quarterback position requires throwing to be an essential part of the position, training the muscles that are specific to this motion are critical to becoming a solid quarterback with great arm strength. The major muscles involved in a throwing motion are the rotator cuff muscles, shoulder, core, lats and the pecs. Not to mention leg strength is also an important component in their throwing motion.
Weight training is great for overall muscle strength, but more has to be done in a quarterbacks conditioning program. First thing I would recommend training is the rotator cuff muscles.. These muscles are often neglected because of their size, they must be trained for all throwing sports. Remember with any sports strength and conditioning programs for quarterbacks, hiring a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist would be the best solution for developing an advanced program.
