Energy supplements for fatigue

I get asked often, "What are the best energy supplements for fatigue?" To be honest, the best supplements for fighting fatigue would be consuming a B-complex drink. Many people think caffeine is the answer, but in reality it's doing more harm than good. I'll make this as simple as I can. Caffeine puts stress on certain hormones that can cause many medical conditions. Its helps release cortisol, which is a catabolic hormone, one that tears the body down.

When we put stress on the body, its very hard to lose weight. Yes consuming caffeine can cause weight gain. It really depends on how much and what form you consuming it in that will effect your health issues. Please consume caffeine in small quantities. I recommend a B-Complex drink. The one that I consume is B Clear. Remember, energy supplements for fatigue can be misleading, so be educated on what you are putting into your body. Take care of your health, its your responsibility.

Hydrochloric acid and diet

What's the word on hydrochloric acid and diet? I recently went to see a nutritionist. She advised me to get a blood test. Based on what she wanted tested, she could look at my blood and tell me whats right & whats wrong.

One supplement that she has advised me to start taking was Betaine HCL. Plain and simple, this is suppose to release more acid in your stomach to break down the food that you have just eaten. She stated my HCL was low.

She was also saying some people may not release enough HCL to break all the food down, so you may gain weight or feel bloated as I was sometimes. Stress, age and genetics are factors.

Well after a month of taking this stuff, I can really tell a difference. I have not changed anything in my routine, but that supplement. She said I lost 2% body fat and I have gained a few lbs of muscle as well. Wow, something natural that actually worked well. I love learning nutrition.

Impact on fast food and obesity

The impact on fast food and obesity is probably the number one cause of this disease. Being a personal trainer it is sometimes hard to motivate my clients. I act too nice sometimes. I think its time to tell them the truth. The truth is what you do today will effect what happens tomorrow. We all have this conception that we will live forever no matter what we do to our bodies.

I want everyone to think of whats the most important thing to you. For most its our families, and our kids. Ask yourself this question, at what age do you want to see your KIDS grow up to? Do you want to see your kids graduate high school? How about college? Married? Well if you keep on abusing your bodies, you won't be around very much longer and that's the truth.

I'm asking everyone to do 3 things.

  1. Stop eating fast food
  2. Stop drinking sodas & sugar drinks
  3. No more caffeine

Please stop the impact on fast food and obesity. It all starts with YOU.
