Why I like The Biggest Loser TV Show

The Biggest Loser TV show is an inspiration for people that are overweight and obese. Seeing someone else transform their bodies and lose large amounts of weight gives others hope. Being a personal trainer, I'm always thinking of how to improve. What works for one client may not work for another and I always need to be on my toes. I like watching The Biggest Loser, it gives me ideas for my clients. I'm always thinking of new and creative ways to workout and motivate.

I think I had a good idea last night. I'm thinking of offering all my clients incentives for reaching their goals. Example: Male weighs 245 lbs. Overall goal is lose 4o lbs in the next 6 months. In the first month he has to lose 7 lbs. If he reaches this goal he will receive 2 free personal training sessions and every month after that for a weight loss of 7 lbs. He will have to meet me at least twice a week. When he reaches his overall weight loss goal of 40lbs, he will receive (Fill in Blank) the BEST IDEA will receive a personal exercise video from me-Kevin Moses.

I love this show because it motivates me too! Yes motivation is key. My mother and I were having a weigh off but she slacked off for lack of motivation. I'm loosing weight to save my marriage and every time I reach under the "0" i get a special prize from my husband. Which means when I got under 90 kilos (89) he bought me an expensive watch for once! It is encouraging to keep trying for 79! Of course every kilo i loose also he gives me enocuragements :)
