The New Year is here and its time to change. How many times have you made a New Years resolution and didn't follow through? Why do people need a date to make a change? Why do most of us fail at our resolutions? These are questions to ask yourself if you really do want to make that change.
I like making resolutions every year. It gives me time to reflect and see how the previous year worked. There is always room for improvement.
My New Years resolutions this year are
- To make a to do list every month and week :)
- Quit the things that stop me
- Workout/cardio on regular basis
- Learn and grow with career
- Stay healthy-Mentally and physically
- Work on strengthen relationships with family and friends and clients
I think I could go on and on, but I'll stop with those. Please feel free to share your New Years resolutions. They say when you put them on paper its that much more effective. Good Luck!
