Workouts with resistance bands are simple to learn, convenient, and time efficient. I have been using resistance bands in my workouts for the past 2 years. I like using resistance bands when I don't have time to make it to the gym. I usually do them in the comfort of my home watching TV. Another reason I like resistance bands is the exercise selection is different than I would use with free weights. They can do things that free weights just can't do.
