I think I had a great idea last night. "The Bachelor Diet Book" since I'm a bachelor and I have been making my own food for the past 15 years, I thought who better than me to share what a bachelor can eat to stay healthy. I'm asking for some feedback on this one. If I get the right response I might start writing all my famous recipes.
Let me share what I ate yesterday. One thing to have in mind when making your own food, try to eat protein with every meal. This will really help stabilize your blood sugar and burn fat.
Breakfast:
- 1 cup of oatmeal
- handful of raw almonds
- 1 tablespoon of almond butter with the oatmeal
- Protein shake w/tablespoon of flaxseed oil
- Pea soup with chicken
- Turkey sandwich on Ezkel bread, red onion, goat cheese, and a touch of cilantro
- Turkey burger made in skillet, with red onion, 4 mushrooms, goat cheese, 1 tomato(all mixed together).
- Papaya for desert
- Handful of raw almonds and sunflower seeds. 1 Apple
