Elastic exercise equipment, which I like to call resistance bands, is a simple and cheap exercise tool. What most people don't know, working out 15 minutes, 3 times a week with elastic exercise equipment, they would see significant results. I have been working out for half my life and understand that with exercise you must continually change your exercise program to see the best results. We adapt to all stimulus every 21 days or so.
Use free weights one day, do body weight exercises the next, and elastic exercise equipment the last day. Change it up all the time, it will keep you fresh with your routines. Here's a short routine using elastic exercise equipment. I recommend repeating this routine 2-3 times every other day for optimum results. You can purchase resistance from my website.
