Free resistance band exercises are all over my blog and are free for everyone to use. I recommend using a personal trainer in the beginning to make sure your using proper form. Hiring a personal trainer actually saves you money in the long run, while reducing injuries as well.
Here is one of my latest Free resistance band exercises that I did with a stability ball. How many of you use a stabilty ball in your exercise program? If you don't, I suggest you start. It's a great and cheap tool that can be used in the comfort of your home.

2. How long should my skipping rope be, does it go with your height
3. I finally learnt how to use the resistance bands properly from you.I go to the park which is 5 minutes from me and wrap my band around a tree or the giant lamp post and pull away trying to follow all your fantastic tips

Greetings and thanks from Canada.

Thanks Rose that was very nice of you to say.
When you sit on your ball, your upper leg should be parrell with the floor. If not, add more air.
When you stand on the rope. It should come to your stomach.
Thanks for all your feedback.
Good luck with your training. Let me know if I can help with anything else.
Thank you so much...
