I recently had a loss of 3% body fat in 4 weeks. The nutritionist that I have made friends with, we have been helping each other out for the past few weeks. I have been training her 3 times a week in the fitness studio. She has helped me with my nutrition program, making recommendations with supplements and food.
Here are a few of the things I have changed in my diet and lifestyle.
- Started taking a high potency multi-vitamin 3 times a day.
- Started taking a fish oil capsule 2-3 times a day.
- Trying to eat more protein. Every meal must have some sort of protein
- I have cut out all dairy, except eggs
- Try not to eat wheat products
That's pretty much all of it. I still workout 4 times week. Mostly free weights and functional exercises., always trying to change and adapt. I think I need to start taking yoga again. That first time was unreal. My body felt so different. Unexplainable.
