How I lost 26 lbs

Well its been awhile since I have weighed 206 lbs, probably 8 years or so. I have always had the mind set that I need to grow, so eat lots of food. Now in my late 3os, I see my metabolism slow down. At my height I weighed 232 lbs. I now weigh 206 lbs. I have lost a total of 26 lbs in 15 months. It didn't come off fast, but now that I'm learning some good nutritional tips, its coming off easier.

I really changed the way I eat. I try not eat any processed foods. I hardly eat frozen foods that have tons of preservatives. I used to think Lean Pockets were OK to eat. Starting taking a high potency multi vitamin. The nutritionist told me that since I started taking these my cells are more efficient. Plain and simple, I'm creating and using fuel more effectively.

The science of nutrition is so exciting. I look forward to learning more about how these amazing vitamins and minerals have an effect on my body.
