Exercises to Strengthen Lower Back

Here's some great exercises to strengthen the lower back. This video is demonstrating the cobra exercise, which works the lower back, spinal erectors, and glutes.

Exercises that strengthen the lower back can be done everyday when done properly. I recommend doing this exercise for 3 sets with 15-20 repetitions.

Great exercise for those people who have poor posture and need strengthening in their core muscle groups.
