Spring is here and summer is its on its way. Time to get into shape. Who wants to join me?
My friend and I are having a 12 week weight loss challenge. Even us trainers need some motivation from time to time. June 15th we will have a final weigh in and whoever lost the most weight and body fat wins the prize that we have agreed on.
We will document our workouts and nutrition throughout this 12 weeks. If your curious what we are doing, please ask.
Always make reasonable goals that you can attain. I'm trying to lose 15 lbs in this 12 week period. What's your goal?
