Ever use a foam roller? What is a foam roller?

I have been using the foam roller for over two years now. I think its a great tool for myofascial release. You may be asking What is myofascial release?

With all my sessions I have started to incorporated this technique, which has shown great results with all my clients. If you've never done this before and you have muscle tightness and soreness, I highly suggest trying this technique with your personal trainer.
