I'm not sure if this is a test or not, but my last few clients are telling me they hate exercise. I understand how in the beginning of a exercise program its common not to like exercise and the pains that come with it. But these clients absolutely hate it. I think they see my drive up to their house and cringe.
At first I wanted to quit, but I believe its up to me to motivate and teach that fitness can be fun and is the best way to be healthy both physically and mentally. If not me, then who?
I would like a few suggestions though. Anyone have the same experience?
